Great property. Excellent location

Location was fantastic! Really spacious. Great layout with the bedrooms being either side of the lounge.

Lack of cutlery (1 teaspoon) and crockery (4 cups). No little extras e.g. a few coffee pods to get you started, salt, pepper, tea towel, washing up sponge. The apartment felt a bit sparse, needed dressing.

Gorgeous apartment in a great location

It was one of the few apartments also offering lockers and breakfast.

Generally, the apartment was perfect, and we have no big complaints; some small ones: 1. We hoped for an early check in (we announced we would be arriving earlier), but instead got a late one (planned check in is from 3PM - as written on booking; we returned at 3 and were told the room is not ready and we should wait until 4). 2. There was no coffee for the breakfast (there is a machine for which you can buy pods) 3. One of us was vegetarian. We called (too late) to announce this, and the breakfast couldn't be changed, but as a suggestion: maybe ask before about dietary restrictions of the guests

Fabulous comfy apartment

Great apartment that met our needs in a great location, fabulous restaurants and good transport links near by. Comfy living area to enjoy the apartment with friends. One bedroom with ensuite the other bedroom used the apartment bathroom, both good sized rooms. Ate out so didn't use the kitchen.

We'd used the bag drop at the other location (good to have the option but have to carry the bags a few blocks) and collected them to check in at 3pm, our room wasn't ready. Didn't fancy walking back with our bags again. Would have preferred a notification of the delay but wasn't too long.

Very nice apartment in nice location

In a quiet residential street, just down from Harrys bar. It’s a good 25 min walk to La Rambla however lots of eateries and shops near by. Self service check in is cool allbeit a little tiresome after a tiring journey. Excellent shower and comfortable bed.

Nothing to dislike, couple of little things that need attention, tiling in loo broken and tiles in shower cracked and sealant round shower door needs replaced as leaking.

Would definitely stay here again even with the above mishap. The place was huge and in a great area.

Very large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in great area close to shops and restaurants and an easy walk to Sagrada Familia.

Faulty light switch on arrival but was fixed very quickly. Unfortunately the tradesman left our apartment door open all day - luckily the floors have cameras and nothing was missing - and I was assured no one had accessed the floor.

What was the highlight of Murmuri Residence Concepció

A fabulously located and comfortable apartment.

An excellent location just off La Ramblas. Outside the property50 metres to the left is a great bar that serves great food etc. 50 metres to the right is a tourist information office. 200 metres further on is a ‘hop on hop off’ stop with a number of tube stops only minutes away. The property is also located on a relatively quiet no traffic passageway in a very nice area. The property was spacious, clean and served our purposes very well.

Finding the property was not easy. Better location instructions would have helped. Secondly there was no face to face booking in facility. To book in required the use of an automated machine which proved to be very problematic. Thirdly the bedding which we were told would be in the apartment did not materialise and required a certain amount of chasing up and waiting.

Spacious apartment in central location

Great location, very easy to get to from airport using metro, and close to shops, bars and restaurants. Very spacious apartment, loved having the outside area, well equipped with kitchen equipment and very good showers.

No welcome pack, it would have been good to have basics like coffee, tea, milk etc. You can order this if you book direct but not through booking.com
